After working as an in-house SE and then as VPoE at a development company, founded WillTech Innovations in 2025, having run the full development lifecycle — proposals, requirements, management, implementation and QA. Will — giving people's intent and ideas a working form — is what I care about most. Technology and language are both tools for that.

Led initiatives to improve application rates — from planning through implementation and measurement. Also led development platform migration.

Led a development organization of ~20 international engineers. Handled pre-sales proposals, requirements, project/team management, implementation, and QA.

FinTech SaaS development and project management, plus FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer) work driving DX/AX for enterprises.
