Contact form submissions are transmitted through Cloudflare's infrastructure and delivered as a notification to the Slack workspace we use. For spam protection, your IP address may be used in a Cloudflare Turnstile check at the moment of submission.

We use personal information only for the following purposes.
- Responding to inquiries and related correspondence
- Preparing and presenting estimates and proposals
- Performing contracts, carrying out development work, and related communication
- Delivering online lessons and travel guidance

Website hosting and the processing of contact form submissions may be outsourced to cloud providers inside or outside Japan. We currently use Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting and form submission processing, and Slack Technologies, LLC to receive and manage inquiries. We review the security practices of such providers and exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over them.

This site may use cookies and website analytics to understand how the site is used. The information collected is handled statistically and does not identify individuals. Cookies can be disabled in your browser settings.
